Aim & Objectives
– To keep a roster of all Alumni of the Institute and their pertinent data to maintain the updated and current information of all Alumni as well as help people connect with each other.
– To provide a forum for the Alumni for exchange of ideas on academic, cultural and social issues of the day.
– To communicate on regular basis with the members of the Alumni and the Institute keeping mutually informed the developments of the Alumni as well as the Institute and to promote the image of the Institute.
– To encourage, foster and promote close relationship and better understanding among Alumni, current students and faculty of the Institute and to serve as a bridge between the Institute and the alumni.
– To promote the contribution of alumni as ambassadors of the Institute and as active partners in the attraction of future students.
– To provide a forum for the Alumni for interaction with the Institute authorities so that the authorities can draw upon the knowledge and expertise of Alumni for furthering the cause of the Institute as a leading centre of Excellence in the field of education.
– To organize and coordinate reunion activities of the Alumni and to organize social, educational and networking events locally at the Institute at batch level.
– To assist and support the efforts of Association in obtaining funds for development of the students.
– To guide and assist Alumni who have recently completed their courses of study at the Institute of their educational institutions to keep engaged in productive pursuits useful to the society.
– To encourage the Alumni to participate in activities contributing to improvement of infrastructure and academic activities of the Institute and make efforts in progress of the Institute.
– To establish scholarship funds to help the academically excellent, needy and deserving students who lack the economic resources to study at the Institute.
– To institute prizes and awards for outstanding project work, research papers or other professional activities by the students of the Institute.
– To accept grants or money, equipment, donations, gifts, subscriptions and other assistance with a view to promote further the objectives of the Association.
– To print, publish and circulate articles, newsletters, journals, bulletins, pamphlets, posters, that the Association deems fit/desirable for promotion and furtherance of its objectives.
– To undertake all such activities as are incidental or conducive to the attainment of the above aims and objectives.
– To exchange professional knowledge, organize technical conferences, seminars, workshops & training courses.
– Any other activities that the general body may decide from time to time.
