Welcome to the Department of Chemical Engineering, R.B.S. Engineering Technical Campus, Bichpuri, Agra. This Deptt., since it was established in 1999, with a 4-year B.Tech course, is committed to its growth and excellence. We have dynamic and goal oriented group of highly qualified and experienced faculty, well supported by experienced technical staff and a modern research and development infrastructure.   

The Chemical Engineering fundamentals are derived from our basics of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics, combined with engineering art to understand and control molecular and macroscopic processes in various Industries. Today, chemical plants encompass a considerable range. The discipline is expanding and the new science and engineering are helping develop technologies that are more efficient, safer and environmentally friendly. Chemical Engineers have made important contributions to society over the years in terms of products and processes.

The Department is committed to achieve excellence in its field using the highest standards of quality, innovation, and visibility, while at the same time providing a friendly and supportive atmosphere. Our goal is to provide to our students strong fundamentals with practical Industrial exposure, complemented by professional skills including communication. Students are encouraged to get acquainted with the latest developments in the various areas of Chemical Engineering. Our target is to produce students and faculty who will become leaders in their areas.
